PLUNDER: ERAP GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT

Ousted President Joseph Estrada was judged "guilty beyond reasonable doubt" of plunder, but also allowed to consider his six years in prison as time served for the offense. The anti-graft court Sandiganbayan also found Estrada not guilty of perjury charges.
